My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, modern, and had timber flooring with a cozy double bed and a summer duvet. The staff was extremely helpful, especially when we needed transport due to a train strike. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of Bergamo's beautiful old town. The dining experience was excellent with fresh and tasty options. Overall, a great value for money choice!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were amazing, with a very spacious and extremely comfortable lounge. I was able to enjoy the lovely large open windows and the sounds of the medieval town at no extra charge. The service was exceptional, from helpful dining suggestions to assistance with transport. The location, though a bit tricky to reach, was ideal once I settled in. The dining experience, while very Italian in nature, delivered delicious food to my room at no extra charge. Overall, a fantastic experience in the heart of Bergamo.

The hotel is located right in the center of Bergamo, overlooking the washhouse in a beautiful square. The rooms are stylish, cozy, and modern. Service was exceptional, particularly Jasmine who went above and beyond to assist us before our stay. The dining experience was more than good for Italian standards. The location is perfect in the center of the Citta Alta in Bergamo.
